Here is a list of our most commonly asked questions, if you don't see what you're looking for, please send fill out our Contact Us form, and we'll get right back to you!

"When will my order ship?"

All orders are shipped out by the next business day.

"Are the items I want in stock?"

If you are able to add an item to the shopping cart, then we have that item in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase it, but you can add your email address to our waiting list and we will send you an email when the item is back in stock.

"When will I receive my order?"

We will send you a tracking number to the email address listed on the order, but the transit time may take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the method selected. We give a description of the transit time for each method of shipping during the checkout so you can get an idea of when to expect delivery.

"How do you ship?"

We usually ship via FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and weight of the items, where they are being shipped, or what method was selected. We offer several different shipping options at checkout, and orders that qualify for free shipping may take 2-10 business days for delivery. Free shipping offers that may apply do not apply to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States.

"Where will my items ship from?"

All of our products ship directly from our own warehouse just outside of Saint Louis, Missouri

"Do you wholesale?"

Sorry, but we do not offer wholesale at this time

"Is it safe to place my order online?"

Yes, our site is protected with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer protection. If you want, you can verify this for yourself by clicking on the security seal on the bottom of every page of our site. We use PayPal as our payment processor, so your credit card information is also encrypted, and we never see or store your credit card number.

"Will you sell or share my information?"

We never sell your information, but we do share basic information like name, phone number, and shipping address with third party providers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS so that they can ship orders to our customers.
